Restonic Mattresses - Mattress Review from Saint Paul, Minnesota
I've had my Restonic pillow-top mattress since 2007. At the store I was told it had a 20-year warranty.
It sags very noticibly in the middle. Today I called a toll-free number inquiring what I need to do. The representative said my particular model is actually a 15-year warranty. She also indicated that this particular style does have problens with sagging!
I must deliver mattress to a store 30 miles away where a truck will pick up and bring to North Dakota for repair. In addition, I am responsible for a transfer fee of $50!! I told her this 'warranty' is absurd!
I will contact Better Business Bureau. Nonetheless I will fight this in every way that I can.
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota

Many Restonic mattresses have a 20 yr warranty. the first 15 yrs is full coverage then prorate after that.
I'm sure the dealer you purchased from would pick up your mattress and arrange pickup with Restonic and delivery back to you for a fee as there as expenses involved. This is normal. As is the "transfer fee" to send product back to be repaired. Repair or replacement is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
So for approx. $150 or less, you can have a new bed due to the warranty you do have!!
The retailer is no longer in business. I believe the bed was purchased during their liquidation sale. What can I do?
What is the name of the Restonic Mattress?
