We purchased a Restonic mattress about a year and a half ago. Had the mattress only about 4 months and it started to sag in the middle..we were told it was normal and that was the type of mattress we bought. (memory foam)
My husband (180 Lbs.) deployed and I am the only one sleeping in the bed.( ( weigh 113Lbs) We moved from Illinois to Virgina.
Our mattress has two huge indentations in it...sagging in the middle, and when you sleep, you are in a 5 - 6 inch hole! We once again notified Restonic and were told by their Customer Service that we could ship the mattress back to them and they would fix it! It is a DEFECTIVE product which we spent our hard earned money on and Restonic's customer service and warranty policies are also DEFECTIVE.
Just this week I purchased a Sleep Number bed...they have a 20 year warranty - it is what we should have bought in the first place instead of wasting our money on sub-standard merchandise.
