I purchased a Queen bed ( TOPAZ) for my 6 year old Son in November 2016.

The bed is not even 2 years old and the coil is coming out of the mattress on the side.

I went to House & Home and they sent pictures to Shaun the Restonic person that handles the problem.

To my surprise Restonic wont fix it and I have to purchase another mattress as a reduced price. They also wont give me a guarantee on the new mattress.

NOW WHAT DOES THE 7 YEAR WARRANTY MEAN

this is ridiculous that a bed does not last two years and Restonic is not willing to help.

I will never purchase another Restonic and definitely not promote Restonic name or let anybody I know buy a Restonic.

I am highly disgusted.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: To replace my mattress.
