We went through the warranty process to get a new mattress as our sunk.It was the most uncomfortable mattress ever.

Our kids inexpensive ones are so much better! We measured and did all the 'at home' tests as a representative did not come to our area. We mailed it back and exchanged several emails and phone calls. It has been months and no follow up on their end!

What a joke.

We are sleeping on a horrible mattress, most of the time we refer to the couch because our backs hurt.We will NEVER purchase a Restonic mattress again!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $1200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
