Manager of Restonic called Hortons to allow us to return the mattress in exchange for a new one. Got a wonderful new mattress we love and we were treated well! Brand new Restonic Mattress!

We had bought Restonic twice before in our married life.We went to get a new Restonic "marvelous middle" on Aug/31/2013. It was the Restonic Kingston Firm.

We were not told that the company has changed to ALL FOAM. The mattress is like an old air mattress now;sagging and limp. It would not even make a good dog's bed. Turned in the so called warranty to the company with pics of the sagging mattress.

The only response we got is that they would fix it by stuffing in more FOAM. Will never buy again and am taking it to the dump today!

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $1200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
